OCEAN:

RIVER:

Striped Bass: hard fighting fish can be fished year round. Stiped bass are amongst the most favorite of many fisherman, their action is exciting.
King Salmon: Season starts in mid July on the Feather and Sacramento Rivers. Towards the end of August and into September they will be in full migration and this makes for some exiting fishing action. The King Salmon run stays through January.
Sturgeon Fishing: These fish run year round on the Delta and Sacramento River. Sturgeon are large fish and put up a hefty fight, one you'll surely enjoy.
Shad: May through June provides for a large run for Shad. They are a hard fighting that are a lot of fun to reel in.
Steehead: Steelhead trout typically run the upper Feather River in September and usually runs through November. In January steelhead will run the full month on the Sacramento River.
